Attended Doctor Infante our lauer [lawyer] and the Escribano [notary] and signed the documents asking for the transference of the Los Algarrobos titles to the Sociedad Anonima Ganadera. Los Algarrobos, also saw about having the shares + statutes printed, and about the new books. |
