Estancia bordering Las Tijeras to the north, it abuts the south side of current town of Las Rosas.  Owned by the Watt family 18xx-18xx, Portious & Knight 18xx-19xx, it was bought by Alfred A. Bz. in 19xx and became his principal residence.  After the death of Alfred’s wife, Olga, in 1963 most of it was inherited by John Horner, most of Las Tijeras was inherited by Willie Horner, and estancia Don Alfredo was created from western portions of both estancias and inherited by Mary Horner (de Sundt).
